Agreement to Terms By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Intellectual Property The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to WilderGo/Jesus Garcia. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

User-Generated Content WilderGo may allow users to post reviews, trails, or photos. You retain ownership of your content but grant WilderGo a license to display it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines.

Subscriptions & Payment (WilderGo Premium)

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original cost of the plan selected (e.g., Monthly or Yearly).

• Cancellation: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

• Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google according to their store policies.

Liability WilderGo is provided "as is" for general information and entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using our maps or trails. Always hike responsibly and be aware of your surroundings.

Changes to This Agreement We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.
